How to Resolve Connectivity Problems

First, note that a connection problem could be a fault from
- Your service provider
- Your browser cache
- A down time on Sportconn
Whichever the case may be, be rest assured there’s a solution for each one, and although, different solutions.
So let’s start with your service provider
Service provider connectivity problems
First of all, you need to be sure it’s your service provider that’s having a connectivity timeout. You can find out by trying to access any other platform or use your browser to access any other website. If it doesn’t connect, chances are the fault is coming from your service provider.
Here’s what to do:
- Put restart your router putting it off and back on
- Be sure that you still have data
- Contact your data network provider for support
Browser cache issues
A stalling browsing connection may be due to cache problems. At this point, all you need to do is clear your browser cache.
To do that, follow the instruction below:
Step 1:
Go to your browser settings and click Privacy and Security
Next, click on Delete browsing data as seen below.
Step 2:
When it brings you to the page below, click on delete as shown in the image below:
That’s it done. Now your browser cache is cleared. You can try refreshing the Sportconn page now, you should get a connection.
A downtime on Sportconn
